
GUEST RULES AND REGULATIONS
- It is mandatory to fill out the registration form and provide all the information requested therein, including that of all the occupants of the room.
- The full rate will be applied to the guest even if he/she stays for a few hours.
- I agree to comply with the Hotel's internal rules and all applicable legal provisions. I am aware that the Hotel is not responsible for theft or damage caused by force majeure or gross negligence to my personal effects, nor is it responsible for my valuables that have not been expressly declared by me and accepted by the Hotel, in any case, for valuables I agree to use the safe deposit box that the Hotel makes available to me.
- The Hotel declines all responsibility for valuables lost in the room. For this reason, the Hotel provides a safe deposit box in the comfort of the room.
- The Hotel declines all responsibility for theft and robbery of vehicles, motorcycles, etc.. Nor for objects left inside the room. Guests use the parking lot at their own risk.
- It is the hotel's policy to request a valid guarantee to cancel the daily charges at the end of my contract, being in any case authorized by the Hotel to charge against the credit card indicated by me, any pending charges and consumption.
- The hotel appreciates and promotes healthy coexistence therefore it is appreciated and requested not to make scandals or noises that may disturb the order. The Hotel is against physical or verbal violence against other guests or our employees.
- The Hotel respects each individual and expects the same in return therefore is not responsible for the behavior of the Guests or Clients of the Hotel, as well as for the substances or materials that they may bring into the Rooms or facilities. Any illegal substances will be handed over to the local police.
- Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 12 noon. If you wish to extend your check-out time after 12 noon please call the front desk where you will be informed of availability and the corresponding surcharge.
- Pets are not allowed in the Hotel facilities. In extraordinary cases (handicapped guest with guide dog) if an unforeseen event occurs, the guest will pay the expenses for sanitary measures and any other kind of expenses.
- All guests have the right to request their bill for cancellation of their account.
- The hotel administration is not responsible for any false or incomplete information that the guest may provide at the time of filling out the registration card. This information will be provided to the local or national authorities that consider it pertinent.
- All rooms at the Hotel are NON-SMOKING. Please comply with this regulation otherwise a surcharge of 50% of the regular price will be charged to your account.
- The use of the identification bracelet in all areas of the Hotel is MANDATORY.
- At Check In you will be given one (1) towel ticket per person occupying the room. Please note that the loss of the ticket or towel will generate a charge to your room. The guest is responsible for the delivery of the tickets received at the time of check-out.
- The Hotel reserves the right of admission.
